分支关闭审阅
确认拟关闭分支机构的登记资料、地址、当前状态及拟定关闭生效日期。
资料与文件核验
收集并核验最新公司注册文件、分支资料及DBD备案所需支持文件。
董事会决议起草
起草正式批准关闭该分支机构的董事会决议，并明确关闭日期及授权签署安排。
DBD关闭备案提交
向DBD提交分支机构关闭备案，并持续跟进至取得受理确认。

分支机构资料
分支机构地址、分支登记信息及拟定关闭生效日期。
公司文件
最新公司注册证明或完整公司登记文件，以及DBD可能要求的支持资料。
交付文件
已签署董事会决议
正式批准关闭指定分支机构，并确认关闭日期及授权签署事项。
DBD受理确认
证明分支机构关闭备案已由DBD受理的备案回执或确认文件。
更新公司注册证明
如适用，交付反映分支机构关闭后的更新公司注册证明。
重要注意事项
关闭分支不等于关闭公司
分支机构关闭后，公司主体仍然存在，并继续承担年度申报、税务、会计及其他公司合规义务。
可能需要同步更新其他机关
若该分支已用于税务、VAT、雇主登记或社保记录，DBD关闭备案后应评估是否需要同步更新相关机关。
关闭日期应与实际停业安排一致
关闭生效日期应与租赁终止、员工安排、税务记录及商业通知保持一致，避免后续记录冲突。
