增加注册资本（发行新股）

批准注册资本增加、MOA修订及新股发行的正式股东决议。
DBD备案文件包
已提交并取得受理确认的Bor Or Jor 3及Bor Or Jor 5表格及支持文件。
更新股权记录
新股票证书及股东名册更新确认文件。
更新公司注册证明
反映增加后注册资本的更新公司注册证明。
重要注意事项
增资会影响股权比例
发行新股后，现有股东的持股比例可能被稀释。股东决议及股东名册必须准确反映新股分配及最终持股结构。
MOA修订与公告要求
注册资本载明于MOA中，因此增资通常需要MOA修订及DBD备案；视具体程序，可能还需要公告或公开通知。
资本金额应与后续用途一致
若增资是为了工作许可证、投资、银行贷款或许可要求，应先确认最低资本、实缴比例及相关机关要求后再确定增资金额。
